We're renovating a house and are getting a new kitchen fitted. I've searched the BBS for kitchen advice and Howdens get regular mentions, along with advice on making sure your builder doesn't hang on to all the discounts they give to trade.
However I've heard that Howdens make a lot of money on their work tops which aren't much cop. Any views on this? And any recommendations of other companies (national or online, as I'm no longer in South London) which do better ones?
