Yes yesterday we made poor errors . Bad corner by Puncheon , soft attempt by Cabaye to tackle , Kelly having no idea who was behind him . For second poor sloppy pass by Puncheon and Mandanda should have saved .
However all season we just seem a bit soft in midfield . Puncheon , McArthur , Cabaye all decent players but they are too easily outmuscled and teams seem to find it easy to get through our midfield . This is compounded by the fact we have no real pace in defence and we desperately need a left back .
Not sure if just cutting out individual errors will solve above concerns . Also doubt that we can get improvements in January - difficult transfer window - why would teams sell their better players with such a short time to replace them ?
