Best pubs around selhurst

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a pub around selhurst for pre match drinks .My son has recently turned 18 and we are looking to replace the pre match Wimpy and Coke with a beer and pie/burger .I am right in thinking the Selhurst Arms and The Thomas Farley have closed down.Also we will be using Norwood Junction station so that probably rules out the Pawsons Arms.There is the Clifton Arms but that looks like it gets very busy , is it worth a try?
