In what other business would customers keep returning after serving up such awful service continuously?
Right from the start of Saturday from queuing up ages to get a season ticket which was paid for in March then queuing up half an hour just to get through the new state of the art turnstiles.
If that wasn't enough the dross that was served up on the pitch not just on Saturday but for the last 18months made me think is this actually worth it anymore? Seriously considering just doing the seats from next season, better day out, better experience within the other 19 stadiums and you're guaranteed a good trip win lose or draw.
Not forgetting the shambles waiting for a beer at half time with the usual incompetency from 'new staff'
In addition, just walking around the stadium it's dirty, dated and generally a shit experience.
Now selling key players without a replacement, yes the money is good but not for us fans who will no longer see these played. The money is only good if its reinvested and from what history shows us this doesn't happen.
Time to think and act like a premier league club otherwise fans and the team wint be returning.
