Need a bit of advice please.Not going in to the reasons behind this but my partner and my son our looking to get a joint mortgage next year.I will be paying it.Now my son is willing to put himself up for it(still lives at home)but also wants to get his own mortgage.
Once the joint mortgage is up and running how do we go about taking him off and leaving my partner alone and my son free to get his.
Is this possible or a can of worms.We are first time buyers and don't have a clue if this is possible.
