I've just gone on to the eagles.cpfc.co.uk Site to watch South London and Proud video and I got the following message when I clicked on play:

This video can’t be played with your current setup

How do I find out what I need to be able to play it? doesn't seem to be a help section on the site and no diagnostic function that tells me what I need.

Presumably I need to download something. can anyone tell me what?
