We have had a habit of forcing backroom staff on managers and has it worked? Burley HAD to have Freedman, Pulis HAD to have Millen, Warnock HAD to keep Millen.
If Pardew wants him then fair enough but today he was a man who had little idea on how to win a game of football and it was the same at Loftus Road. Pre-planned sub on the hour mark and then 1 to run the clock down late on. Draws will not keep us up we need wins and Millen has only ever managed 1 of them for us.
Talk is Pardew wants to bring Carver down and he would need to come in as Number 2. Is it time for Millen to leave?
