A woman's husband commits suicide. She keeps the truth from the young children, believing it preferable they believe their father dies of illness.
Once the pathology report comes out confirming suicide as cause of death, the local press get hold of the story. They say they will publish the story and say the freedom of the press allows them to do so.
Does the mother have any legal rights here? Particularly as there is a need to protect the children from undue anguish?
