Fixture Information driving to Selhurst for an evening game

Despite going to Palace for more years than I care to admit I never drive, but I'm taking my son tonight and he has school tomorrow. So, what will the traffic be like around 7pm? What are the parking options? Is Sainsbury's a good option? Ideally I'd like a quick getaway but I guess that's unlikely...



Or should I just drive to Penge West and then walk from Norwood J?
