Making a song and dance about halving the £1.7b we have to pay the EU when really it is just off set against a rebate we would be getting anyway, surlely the truthful way would be to say "well we have got pay it but we are paying it in two installments and offsetting half of it against this rebate".
Is he stupid and thinks he really has got it cut in half or does he believe that as most of us do not have the intelligence that and the rest of Cameron's upstairs downstairs/ Downton Abbey lot do and that we will believe everything that they say.
Cameron could have won the next election this bill but his parties arrogance has dropped that ball completely made themselves look stupid and let us know what their view of us is.
