The CPFC Foundation are enlisting our trusted fan’s help to put forward your nominations for the Barclays ‘Big Thank-you’ campaign. This person could be a fellow fan, an influential person in the local community or someone directly involved with the club.
The categories are as follows:
Beyond the Call of duty – someone who devotes their time/effort to others and goes above and beyond what is expected of them.
Fair Play – someone who demonstrates a fair and level attitude, promotes inclusion, is always impartial and open-minded.
Inclusion / Diversity – someone who promotes the diversity of our rich culture and recognises the need to integrate anyone regardless of background.
Stewardship – the special attention/care of the management of something/someone. This person should be trusting, responsible, considerate and thoughtful.
If you happen to know anybody who would fit neatly in to any of these categories and deserves special recognition then please contact the CPFC Foundation with a name and reasons for your nomination:

The winners of the respective awards will receive special acknowledgment/reward from the Barclays Premier League and a slot in our CPFC match-day programme.
