Fans seem to be using the Qoute (To progress to the next level the club needs to spend millions on player XY or Z etc )) given Palace finished 11th last season I find it diifficult to grasp how a club the size of Palace can finish any higher without risking financial meltdown and failure , as the next level can only be top 5 and europe , are fans really expecting Palace to reach that level ?
