They are putting in Radio broadband into my village (which I so much want to happen) but I'm worried about the above details. BT got wind and of course want them out of the picture so are bullshitting about their fibre (FTTC) product now after years and years of being total c*nts. Anyway, it's about risk I guess, I'm not outlaying shedloads or anything but wondered if this data at Companies House means that the provider it essentially fecked and about to fold. If it's a case of struggling a bit then I'm not so worried and my cash may help.
I'm not that short of cash but not a mug. Outlay to me would be £140 up front for some kit to install and £50 per month for the top service

Bear in mind I've been stuck on 1.5mb down and 400kb up for fecking years under those total shits at BT. I hate that lot.
So, as a consumer speaking to the company law and accountancy boffins, what's going on here?
