Watford Rugby Club

Here is your reminder to treat their players how watford fans treat ours. Firstly, Étienne Capoue. No introduction needed. Then Troy f****** Deeney who literally admitted to being a cheat on pitch.
Troy Deeney: 'If you were playing against him, you stop him. You take it in turns of kicking him. I know no one wants to hear that, but you go; "You hit this time, you hit him the next time". You don't have the same player tackle him because you know you're gonna get booked.

'It's difficult, but also as a captain I'd be the first... if we were playing him this week and he'd just said those comments I'd have been like: "Ref, don't you be the first one to give him a pen. Don't you start going easy on him".

'You can then flip it and start being more psychological with the referees.

Electoral Reform

There has been much talk of "taking back control", control by unelected people and democracy during Brexit, both before and after the referendum.

However, there seems to have been little or no discussion of reforming the UK electoral/governance model.

What should the proposals be for the UK to enable democracy and for the people to take back control?

To me it seems there are two mains areas for discussions:

1. Our unelected upper chamber
2. The FPTP voting system, which renders a lot of people's votes meaningless

Poll keep politics in a separate politics forum!

I don't think the majority want politics in general discussion on a football BBS.
