Football Stadium Atmosphere Research Survey

Hi, I am an architecture student at the University of Bath undertaking research into football stadium atmosphere. I have been going to matches at Selhurst Park for about 20 years now so have a good idea of what it takes to generate a great atmosphere. But I want to find out what other fans think helps to generate the atmosphere that us Palace fans are so famous for.

Can anyone tell me if the U16 or OAP 'physical season ticket cards' can just be tapped in at the turnstile card reader? Thanks
