Most pivotal miss of the season

mardi 1 mai 2018

Following on from the most pivotal goal thread...

Normally, we find ourselves letting in several goal of the season contenders (Giroud and Carroll last season; that Fulham bloke in 2013) and while there have been some this season (Matic) we've been fortunate to see some of the misses of the season. So which was most important:

- Shawcross for Stoke
- Deeney for Watford
- Murray for the Weed

Anymore?

Sum up Saturday in one image - Up the Palace!

Still looking at the table every other hour, reading match reports and scanning Leicester's forum to relive pre-match through to post-match from their point of view! Now I've exhausted these avenues, I thought this thread could be something to milk this a bit further.

Happy Leftie Day

I appreciate that most of you are probably gathering on Clerkenwell Green at the moment (I was on a course overlooking the green on 1st May a few years ago - and it was an, erm, "interesting" sight), but the sun's out, Oh Jeremy is in the saddle, and I hope you all have a lovely day.

Most Important\Pivotal Goal of the Season so far.

Hi. I'm wondering what you all think the most important goal of Season has been so far.
In my opinion - Jimmy Mac's injury-time winner v Watford at Selhurst back in December.
Took us out of bottom 3 and started our amazing escape !
Thanks.

The End of Matchday Programmes?

Would you support this if a similar move was made in the PL? I'm not someone who buys a programme every game. I usually only buy for "big" matches such as cup finals etc, so this would not affect me greatly.

Some EFL clubs want to stop printing match programmes for every game.

The Football League has been asked whether publishing one for each league match should continue to be a requirement next season.

Clubs are concerned about declining sales and increased costs and will vote on the issue at their meeting in June.
