words of life advice

I've had a few words given by more experienced people. Normally people learn by their own experiences, but on a couple of occasions I have found advice from elders to be invaluable.

1. "Be Nice." I have my periods of rage, but ultimately that doesn't sort anything. Be calm, listen and resolve.

2. "Don't come to me with problems, come to me with solutions." The shlttest manager I ever had, spouted this out. I saved his @rse on numerous occasions, but got no recognition. I was his stepladder to the top.
Good words of advice, but no recognition for my efforts.

3. "pull out before,.....too late", lucky escape :D

Players have a lot to answer for

OK, so AP has a lot to answer for and the buck stops with him ...BUT...

We have so called professional players on 20/30/40/50 + K a week,who need to be told what to do,where to stand,how to cross,kick a ****** football in the right direction,how to defend...fckin shameful that they have to be taught all these things,told how to train,how to stay fit,how to keep composure,how to do better.

Most. if not all reading this, would be happy with just 1 months salary of these players for the year and if you fcked up like our lot you would be out on your earhole
So its all the managers fault...nah I don't buy that as the thread says "Players have a lot to answer for"....What a cushty number these boys have got
