Sexual harrassment "normalised" in schools say OFSTED

Now, I do wonder what school these people went to, but they seem to think that this adolescent sex stuff is brand new. I went to school in the 80's and 100% this was exactly the same, if not worse, than what they are saying now. The only difference is that nobody had a smart phone and the internet so the naked selfies would be flashing I guess, and the porno a good old copy of Razzle.

I can only assume from this that poor Chief inspector Amanda Spielman didn't get fingerbanged at a school disco.
