Rent Boys - advice needed

To supplement my meagre income I am considering becoming a rent boy, part time.

However, I was hoping most of you could help me with pricing policy and etiquette, for instance;

Can I insist on just receiving and not giving?
How clean does ones bottom need to be? Can I charge extra for an unclean ring?
Is spitting allowed?

Also, are amusement arcades still recognised pick up points or is it best to have an online presence nowadays?
