The Guardian is reporting that The KLF (or more accurately, The Justified Ancients of Mu-Mu) will be releasing some new material later this year.
On reading the article I was immediately awash with an avalanche of nostalgia for their epic output (musical and otherwise) from the late 80s and early 90s. Their thrash metal Brits appearance, the ceremonial burning of £1m on a remote Scottish island and their handing out of Tennents Super to homeless people remain epochal moments in pop cultural history in my book. Their tunes were pretty damn good too - Chill Out. Great to have them back.
