Get over to Dubai for fitness

What the title says. Allardyce did it last year with Sunderland and worked wonders. Forget the FA Cup on Saturday, let Millen have a day out with the kids to Bolton and get Sam and the first team over there for fitness. This group of players are the biggest bottle jobs I've ever seen at Palace. In the last 5 minutes of each half this season we must have conceded most of our goals. We've all seen some terrible teams at Palace but I dont even think a Palace team under Peter Taylor were that weak. There is seriously something deeply wrong with this team. Half time a draw would of felt like a win. When Wilf scores I take the point, but to crumble like that again, to the team bottle of the league is just disgusting and not acceptable. This will be Allardyce first relegation from the Premier League I'm sure of it
