We need new coaches now!

It seems to me that since Pulis left(hate to mention him) our players don't seem to have improved at all. We rode on Pulis's defensive coat tails for a year or so but once the defense started shipping goals we had no answer. I just don't feel we are improving at all, Salako certainly didn't teach them anything. They seem to make the same mistakes over and over and don't seem to learn from them. Every team needs good coaching, at Man U Fergie suffered when he didn't have a good coach, some of his blips were when his coach left, Kidd, Quieroz. I actually think Pardew is a good motivator but he can't coach for sh.. . It would be helpful if he had someone in his corner who he respected who would question his tactics, for example someone to tell him to stop blowing smoke up Cabaye's ar...., and let somebody else take corners, free kicks. Pardew seems to surround himself with his mates, has Hennesey got any better with Woodman in his corner? Sad thing is Pardew doesn't seem capable of seeing it.
