Not really sure where to go for the answer on this, whether its the local council or someone else.
My dad recently passed away, and we are now living in his house. I had never noticed before, but the neighbours has a window at the side of their house (wall side, not roof side) that looks directly down into one of our bedrooms.
I was under the impression that windows like this should be obscured?
Unfortunately I don't have any idea how long its been there. Possibly for 20 years plus, I just have never noticed it before.
Any ideas? Would it all depend on how long the window has been there?
