Great idea (20 years late!) to put up handrails in the Upper Tier, but not exactly clear what the actual layout is supposed to be!! Lots of vertical posts (which could be a bit dangerous if anyone fell onto one) but I can't see how they could form a handrail, as surely joining them together with a rail would just block access to the seats?? Anyone else make sense of it?
