I am doing a lot of courses with an organisation called Future Learn. They have FREE online courses lasting from 4 to 6 weeks. TBF. You can do each week in a couple of hours if you don't participate too much in the discussions.
I'm currently doing one about Irish history 1912 to 1924, and there are varios that I have signed up to due to start - WWI, The Holocaust, Hadrian's Wall.
Just signed up for one due to start in June about football - run by the University of Edinburgh.
The only thing you pay for is the certificate, if you chose to have one, and that's about 25 quid.
