I have just booked a hotel on lastminute.com for a hotel this weekend. However it went through and took the money then came up with an error. Called them up but the customer service centre is not open until tomorrow. The person on the phone said the money was taken but returned as an error? He then said I can pay again and wait for the money to come back in 7-10 days? :veryangry However I do not get paid until next week and have paid a lot out for my twins birthday which this was for and other things so don't really have the money until next week to afford this again? It's there fault yet now I'm ****ed. Question is....do they have an obligation as a fault they've admitted to sort this out before Friday.
