Help me adjust my self

I've got bloody ropey pants on today that have been washed to the extent that they are a bit baggy and all my decent ones are in the wash. This means my heavy bellend is falling out and I can feel it round my knees under my jeans. Normally the huge snake is coiled and wrapped firmly further upstairs.
