Sainsbury’s

Now, I will admit that I didn’t grow up in the most diverse area so may be just not be understanding how outwardly racist some parts of the country are but I did do A-Level history and spent a year learning about the civil rights movement and remember being shocked that segregation was a thing so recently. Why are Sainsbury’s reintroducing this policy?

Does the safe space thing not come across as condescending? It’s like they are treating their own employees like they have some sort of handicap so need looking after? It’s completely the wrong way round.
