Things To Do On An Autumn Weekend In and Around Bournemouth?

Facing "use it or lose it" holiday ultimatum from work, I have booked a long weekend in the Sandbanks area of Bournemouth.

Apart from coastal walks, which I do enjoy, does anyone have any recommendations of things to see/do in the area?
