Such purchases form part of the Company's existing share buy-back programme and were effected pursuant to the instructions issued to the Broker by the Company on 28 February 2019, as announced on 1 March 2019.
The Company intends to cancel these Shares.
I have shares in LLoyds, how does this affect my shareholding, if there are less shares in circulation, could this effectively push the value of the remaing shares up, or would it be to shore up the existing price?
