It's now clear why haven't signed anyone, SP has been working on another big deal!

Crystal Palace sign MyPeople deal to enhance business performance

Multi-year tie-up will see Premier League soccer side use company’s culture analytics platform.

Top-flight English soccer team Crystal Palace have named MyPeople Group as their official culture analytics partner.

The multi-year deal will see the company benefit from brand exposure across the Premier League outfit’s digital platforms, while it will also have the opportunity to showcase its culture analytics platform to companies associated with the club.

Palace will also now use MyPeople’s culture analytics platform to profile their employees in order to help create a better business environment at the club.

“The partnership with MyPeople goes beyond a branding platform and will provide the club with valuable insight by providing a profiling service that will deliver significant benefits across the organisation,” said Barry Webber, Palace’s commercial director.

“We will soon have a unique level of insight into team dynamics, including the characteristics of our high performing teams and individual employees that support improved business performance.

“The partnership with MyPeople will ultimately improve the retention of such staff and reduce the attrition of match day staff in general.”

Aston Villa and Everton become Etoro’s latest Premier League partners

Formed in 2014, MyPeople is made up of the analytics teams that previously supported England Rugby, the British and Irish Lions and the Philadelphia 76ers, as well as GB Cycling and GB Rowing.

“Crystal Palace has been consistently innovative in the way they approach analysis on the pitch and their commercial growth off the pitch,” added MyPeople Group chief executive Christian Hughes. “Selhurst Park is famed for its atmosphere and is in the top three grounds in the Premier League for fans’ matchday experience.

“We are delighted to partner with the club to help them continue to grow a high-performance culture, both on the pitch and across the wider organisation.”

Crystal Palace get their 2019/20 Premier League campaign underway at home to Everton on 10th August following a demoralising 4-0 defeat to Hertha Berlin at Selhurst Park on Saturday in their final pre-season friendly.
