What on earth have Parish and Freedman been doing? They both play an important role in making sure we strengthen the team but the lack of new quality players compared to other teams is worrying.
Our seventh starting season in the Premiership and we still have our usual problems of completing transfers in a timely manner. Other teams manage it but we always manage to delay or mess it up.
If we don't progress we are in danger of losing our best players due to an apparent lack of ambition and will fail to attract new players if we look to be a team in a constant relegation fight. That's should be the case after 6 full seasons in the Premiership and Parish and/or Freedman need to be accountable for what has gone on.
Clearly under Parish and/or Freedman's stewardship we are ineffective and need to make changes so that we get the right players to move forward, keeping our best talent and also being able to attract new talent.
