Junior Eagle membership

Sorry, wasn’t sure where to post this but in need of some help. I’m probably being dumb but I bought my lad a junior membership, which bizarrely I had to purchase through his log in (had to create an account for him). Part of the package is a shirt and initial emails said to look out for emails on how to order your shirt and also for when your welcome pack is ready. Well I purchased this at the end of August and I’ve had nothing through yet about either the shirt or welcome pack, just advertising emails. It’s a bit disappointing because I told him on his birthday (3rd Sept) that he would be getting a shirt.

I wondered if anyone had experienced similar issues and knew how to resolve them. Am I being stupid? Is there something I need to do?
