When do schools chuck out these days?

I ask because I'm getting very confused. I see school kids everywhere from anywhere after 12... Used to get peace and quiet guarenteed until 3 but they seem to get out whenever the schools can't be bothered to keep them which is earlier and earlier.

Can't avoid the little buggers anymore.
