The Liverpool car park fire

So 1,400 cars catch fire , 1,400 petrol tanks explode , around 7000 tires burning and yet the car park is still standing, as in it didn't fall down (would any of us expect it to anyway? )

Now for the real question

Tower 7 of the world trade centre , a 47 story building, with small internal fires that where burning for around 7 hours and managed to bring the whole building down , How ?
Anyone on here with building / architecture knowledge that have seen the collapse of Tower 7 please give me your thoughts.
