A couple marry. The wife has two kids from a previous marriage, the husband one. On the wife's side their are 4 grandchildren and on the husbands 2 grandchildren.
They both want their kids and grandchildren to receive an inheritance. On the death of either of them, the surviving partner would receive all the money.
The husband dies, and after a while the wife changes her will so that only her own children and grandchildren receive money from her estate.
You are one of her children.
Would you feel a moral duty to give up a third of your inheritance so as to make sure the husbands side of the family receive money he would have intended them to have, thus honouring his wishes, or would you feel you were honouring your mothers wishes and not forego any of your inheritance?
