Hodgson, out of full-time work since leaving England after Euro 2016, has told friends he has “one last job” in him.

Ex-West Brom boss Hodge was a trainee at Palace and still has connections with the Eagles.
The 70-year-old is prepared to speak to Parish if the job comes up as he feels he has a point to prove after England’s disastrous Euro 2016 exit to Iceland.
Palace also had a THIRD bid rejected for Liverpool defender Mamadou Sakho, 27, who was on loan at Selhurst Park last term.
The bid of £22million, plus £3m in add-ons, fell way short of the Reds’ £30m price tag.
