Has anyone used Music Magpie or similar to trade in their phone? I have an iPhone 6 to trade in in good nick, unlocked. The have a clause about re-evaluation, do they have a bad reputation for coming back to you knocking the price down?

I understand them doing this, but I my example is in genuine good condition and I don't want to be taken for a ride.
