The BBS forums are likely be viewed regularly by all the squad.
Seeing increasingly often OTT criticism of just about every squad player can't be helping the confidence of any of them.
These are good players, of proven of PL ability.
Maybe it's just creating a vicious circle, creating self doubt and fear of failing?
