Has anyone here done one of those DNA tests?
My brother and my sister did one recently. It was quite an eye opener. They take your DNA and they match it up to your ancestral lineage along your mother's female line and your father's male line. It turns out that my Mother's female line matches to the Saami, who are a nomadic tribe of reindeer herders inhabiting Lapland. Joni Mitchell has the same lineage. My father's line is apparently too rare to be certain but there is a possibility it may originate in what is now North Pakistan.
We don't really look very Pakistani although they have always been my second team for cricket. I am wondering if Kipungu or Kolinkins are aware of a rather more cracker looking type of pakistani.
