dreams beds

mardi 1 septembre 2015

So im going to have a little bit of a moan here so bare with me.

Moved into a new flat on saturday and a couple of weeks before this I organised for a sofa bed to be delivered when we moved in. job done I thought.

Fast forward to saturday and the bastard thing wont fit through the front door. Whilst annoying I figured no problem ill just have to order a different one.

Call up the customer services today with my new selection which is £100 cheaper.

Now can anyone else think of any other retail company that would then say you dont get the £100 difference back? Apparently its all in the contract i signed but not once was that little bit of small print made clear to me by the sales person and I feel that is a very important bit of information considering no other sane company would operate in such a shady manner.

Also wanted to charge me for another delivery but as a good will gesture offered to waiver that. I said surely it should be the other way around??

Im getting really pissed off at this point and say I dont want to have any sofa bed from them. I want a full refund. But of course the customer service pillock on the phone cant auth it and I need to speak to someone higher up.

So here I am waiting for a phone call. Ive since read up a bit and seems just to cancel they will charge 20% admin fee which is £60 more than the initial £100 hit. what a ****in joke! dreams? more like nightmare!

And to top that all off, if I had ordered it online i wouldnt be subject to these crazy terms and conditions as you can cancel an order within 14 days. Im being penalized for booking instore. mental!
