Netflix parental controls

Anyone else attempted to use these? Am I going something fundamentally wrong (more than possible!)?

Let's start with a simple one...

Allow a 15 year old to watch 15s but not 18s. Any ideas?

Or, how to stop someone on one profile switching to another profile (without content restrictions)?
