Many of you will remember Terry Turner, lifelong Palace fan who passed away last June after fighting pancreatic cancer. His last match was the Cup Final (which also happened to be his birthday).
Mitcham Cricket Club - TT's local team - has kindly agreed to host a charity event to help fundraising efforts for Pancreatic Cancer UK. They have lent us their square and pavilion for Saturday 22 April (the bar will also be open).
Whether to play, spectate or donate it would be great to have any Palace fans who want to get involved - whether you knew the big man or not - involved. More information here - any players who are looking for a pre-season friendly then please do get in touch on here or on the event page: To view the link you have to Register or Login
To help raise funds I'm also running the London Marathon the day after the cricket (missing the trip to Anfield unfortunately). If you can't make it to Mitcham but would like to donate you can do so here: To view the link you have to Register or Login
Thanks in advance for taking the time to read/support/donate/attend - and Mods please do let me know if this breaks any rules/should be posted elsewhere.etc.
