Once again I need some advice.
In about 2013 I invested £5,000 in to a company with a director who I had previously worked with. This money got the company going and I was always promised the £5,000 would be paid back. I did have this emailed to me but no longer have this information (which is a kick in the bollox).
I was working at this company for a while but due to not getting a regular wage and with, at the time, rent to pay and a Mrs and kids to support I had to find full time employment.
Basically I now can not get hold of the bloke and I do not know where I stand as to getting this money back.
Any help / advice would be appreciated
