Hi all,
On Sunday my younger brother and I will be running our first (and most likely last) London Marathon in memory of our dad who passed away from Pulmonary Hypertension.
Pulmonary Hypertension is a serious condition where your body cannot circulate good oxygen to the vital organs. Your body will work harder and harder to circulate this oxygen but gradually wears itself down. This rare disease can happen to any one at any time.
We are quite close to our target but need some help to reach it, if anyone could spare a couple of quid we would be forever greatful.
