Any tips on how to overcome it ?
Returned home from the carribbean on Saturday morning. Flight was 6pm local time arriving at gatwick 9:30am. In theory should have been fine but I only got 2 hours sleep on the flight.
I aimed to go through Saturday but did too well and didn't go to bed until 1am so had 2 hours sleep in a 36 hour period.
I got 7 hours sleep Saturday night and 5-6 last night.
Had a few pings earlier which I thought would help, but tried to go to bed 90 mins ago and had to get up just now.
My eyes feel tired but when I go to bed I can't get to sleep.
It's strange as I've never had a problem with it.
Any tips ?
