I just found that Palace is coming to the United States for a short tour of friendlies against teams from the MLS (Major League Soccer), including the Columbus Crew. Crew stadium is a 2 1/2 hour drive... just a short hike... so I have just bought my tickets and I AM GOING!!!
This is the first time I will see Palace since visiting Selhurst (my only time there) in 1996. A friend of mine is in Brazil for the World Cup... but I get to see the only team that matters! :lux:
