Long story short is that Blatter has suggested introducing a system when managers can appeal up to 2 refereeing decisions per game, which would then go to a video ref. I suppose similar to the review calls you now get in cricket.
Whilst I understand things like this have worked well in rugby and cricket (to an extent), they are both stop/start sports. I really couldn't be arsed with games being split up by these intervals.
