Can anybody suggest a decent employment agency please?
What I do not want is:
1. Any agency that just asks you to upload a CV into a web site or email your CV to them
2. Any internet job boards
3. Any agency that is only interested in finding you work in the industry you have already worked in
What I do want is an agency that will take time to talk to you, preferably face-to-face, find out what you can actually do on a skill set level, and then try to find you a job.
I know this is basically a long shot because most agencies are just data aggregators who are only interested in the cut from the employer and don't give a monkeys for the employee, but I thought I would give it a go.
