What worries me more is the fact the mother is a teacher and doesn't seem to have a clue about how it reflects on her. I also don't think she has ever read a book in her life.
I went to a party dressed as The Terminator, aged 12, was too young to have seen the film, but....we all had older brothers. And our parents reluctantly accepted the fact we had seen films (on video...gosh I feel old) we shouldn't. They weren't happy though.
But for this woman to come on BBC and defend all of this...baffles me. Especially given that parents of her own students will see it.
